Spring Changes!

Happy Spring, finally!!

Here are the changes for classes this spring.

Monday 5:30am Spin will be a 40 minute Spin and 20 minute Strength workout.

Wednesday morning class will be 8:30-10am.  This will include a 45minute Spin, 30 minute Weight Circuit and 15 minutes of core work.

Friday morning at 8:30am will be 30 minutes of Tank Top arms and 30 minute Spin.

Saturday morning there will only be one morning Spin at 6:30am.

Class Changes for Sat. 2/22

Unfortunately, we are experiencing a leak from the roof that is affecting our spin room.  The roof is being repaired, however until we feel that it is safe to move the bikes back into the room, we will hold our spin classes on the main floor.
Due to our double classes on Saturday morning, we feel it necessary to change the times to accommodate both spin and pump.  This is only for tomorrow, Saturday Feb. 22nd.
Spin will be from 6-7am and 7-8am.  We will hold an express Pump class that will begin at 8:15-8:45.  This gives us time to remove the bikes from the floor and set up for pump class.
I want to thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.  We will have the bikes back in the spin room as soon  as I feel it is safe.

this will be a combination of spin, circuit, and strength training
Start your new year off right and join us from 9:30am-10:45am.  Have out of town guests?  No problem!  Bring them with you and enjoy a terrific workout and a great start to the new year.  There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk for anyone who is interested in participating in this class, please sign up to ensure a bike.
