Spring Changes!

Happy Spring, finally!!

Here are the changes for classes this spring.

Monday 5:30am Spin will be a 40 minute Spin and 20 minute Strength workout.

Wednesday morning class will be 8:30-10am.  This will include a 45minute Spin, 30 minute Weight Circuit and 15 minutes of core work.

Friday morning at 8:30am will be 30 minutes of Tank Top arms and 30 minute Spin.

Saturday morning there will only be one morning Spin at 6:30am.
