Summer Schedule Changes

With the summer here, we have made a few changes to our schedule.
Come try a new class or a different instructor. We are sure you won’t be disappointed!
Mondays:
8:30 spin/core with Holly
9;30 “the workout” with Anna
Wednesdays:
8:30 spin/circuit with Holly
9;30 core/spin with Caroline
6:00pm spin with Sharon
Fridays:
9:30 GlideInterval with Caroline (members will need moisture wicking socks for this class)
